  1. Application: Apply on our website.
  2. Intake: We will invite you for a Skype interview during which we will check your eligibility.
  3. Payment: If you wish to start the program, you will be asked to pay the application fee of €350. This will then be deducted from the full program fee charged upon placement with a host family.
  4. Collecting Documents: After the application fee is received, Stage-USA will begin collecting your documents such as passport and reference letters to begin creating a profile
  5. Placement Process: When the profile is complete, we will begin the placement process with a host family.
    - We will make your profile available for families to view.
    - A family that is interested in your profile will contact you.
    - If you feel that the family could be a fit, then respond to the host family's e-mail. Subsequently, you and the host family will proceed with at least two Skype interviews to determine if there is a match.
